HR Network

The HR Network was formed in 2001 and now has over 150 members who meet regularly at forums and workshops to exchange ideas and to address the key challenges facing HR today. The members include HR Directors, Heads of HR Operations, Heads of Resourcing and Staffing Directors of some of the world's leading organisations.

If you are interested in joining our vibrant and thought-leading network, please call on 01784 466 262 or email us.

Quarterly Meetings

Meetings can take many different formats but typically members are invited to meet quarterly in one of the following:

Breakfast Forum - 2 hour networking meeting in which members share best practices and experiences around a particular issue requested by the Network

Think Tank - a half day workshop involving around 20 delegates designed to develop new ideas and best practice around a particular HR challenge. The Think Tank is driven around a detailed case study prepared by one of the members and is often facilitated by inviting guest speakers.

We meet with all new members to understand their challenges and what they want to get out of the events. We also share the outcomes of the event with members who have not been able to attend.

Quarterly Surveys and Benchmark Studies

Depending on the current interest areas and challenges for HR, quarterly surveys and benchmark studies are conducted, either through a “can you help” service in which network members are contacted with an enquiry from a member, or through specific initiatives where we will interview members of the network. Responses are collated and summarised so that all participating members can benefit from the responses.

Regular benchmarks include a recruitment metrics survey where you can compare your outcomes with other organisations.
